Easter holidays have started today which only means one thing around here. Easter Crafts. All our lovely Easter decorations are back on the island, so the only way not to miss them is to.....make more! Eggs are being blown, beautiful wirey cloches have been commissioned, birds nests and little eggs are being scouted and miniature daffidols are being sourced. Georgie also has a card business start-up and James has been employed to practise his newly acquired EGD (engineering graphic design) skills and is cutting out kraft paper cards for Eleven Inc.
I wrote this post two years ago about the boys and I crafting together, which still resonates - but also predicts the future too. Sadly the boys would much rather be playing Minecraft than marbling eggs these days, but I may be able to squeeze one more year out of them.
